Trade relation with China
Nepal is grappling with a fuel crisis due to the blockade of a key trade point with India by the Madhesi groups opposing the promulgation of the new Constitution. So Nepal is in favour of import fuel from China to cope with the crisis of petroleum products. Nepal doesn’t have oil refineries of its own.
As Nepal is in bond with China for deep friendly relation,India is getting alarmed about coming consequences which may be bad.India wants Nepal to rewrite constitution making change in some of the points which was not accepted by Nepalese government due to which India started blockades and still its affecting millions of peoples in Nepal.
